From Grace: Gruffudd is my immediate boss for many years in Aedas Singapore till I resigned in August 2016. He is the Technology Director. When I signed up for the BIM specialist course at BCA Academy in Singapore all I was expecting was a technical course on how to use Revit. Instead I have met a very powerful BIM guru Ms. Grace Lim, she was my SDBIM (Specialist Diploma in BIM) lecturer and a project supervisor for the final project. Ms. Lim's informative and practical lectures and courses had a strong impact on my career path. She has introduced me to plethora of software, one of which was Enscape. Behind the façade of basic task of real time rendering there is much more. Since then it has become one of my main tools for communication and expression of my design to builders, contractors, subcontractors and other construction specialists.

I had the opportunity to first know Grace through Specialist Diploma in BIM at BCA Academy in 2016, where she set the fundamentals of BIM well under a pupilage with her. Shortly after, I had the chance to work with her again to enhance the SDBIM course further where she tireless put in 100% in our discussions and delivery.
More recently, under the blanket of COVID-19, we collaborated again to design a new 'game' segment where we manage to pique many hearts of the fresh Built Environment Talents at a programme that I run. Grace has been nothing but supportive, dedicated and sincere. Great to know you!
